My husband & I hired Lou to shoot our wedding. From booking - aftercare Lou has been truly amazing. Since the wedding I have referred to Lou as my wedding fairy god mother. Lou captured moments I missed, the pictures I could only dream of & every little detail absolutely perfectly. Each of Lou’s pictures takes me back to moment and I can feel the emotion again, so much more than your average posed wedding pictures. The way Lou managed to get my kids to pose for such beautiful pictures but to also capture their little personalities so perfectly is beyond me. Lou photographed our wedding in August and I literally could not recommend her more. She is just an absolute legend and an unbelievable photographer. It’s a part of the day that I wasn’t particularly looking forward to as I hate getting my pic taken. She made us feel soooo comfortable that I ended up loving every second of it. I truly couldn’t recommend Lou more as a photographer. She captured our secret elopement exactly the way I wanted - full of love and joy and colour. As a plus size bride, there is always the worry that the photographer won’t capture you the way you want and you’ll be disappointed when you see the photos, but I have loved every single one (As has my husband!)

Lou is full of smiles and positive energy and is so warm and kind and was a welcome addition to our tiny yet special day.

My (now-husband!) and I hired Lou to be our wedding photographer, and we could not be more delighted with the decision. I came across Lou when researching our celebrant, and knew instantly we would click and that we had to have her photograph our micro wedding on the banks of Loch Lomond. Lou is one of the most incredible suppliers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and will now call her a life long friend. Lou made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease, and captured small details that I didn’t even think about (and this is just in our first looks).

Lou was our wedding photographer and is an absolute DELIGHT. Right from our first point of contact she put us at ease, was professional, friendly and so approachable. Our pre wed photoshoot produced fabulous pictures despite a dreich Edinburgh day and our wedding photos are simply gorgeous, authentic, not fussy and exactly what we wanted.
