Little did Kayla know, Allan had a surprise up his sleeve—a ring in his pocket and a plan for an unforgettable proposal. Against the backdrop of Edinburgh's historic streets, Allan and I carefully mapped out a two-hour photoshoot that would capture the essence of the city. The adventure kicked off with a surprise proposal at the Vennel viewpoint, strategically timed for the most beautiful light and hopefully quieter surroundings.

The Vennel Viewpoint Moment

Perched at the top of the Vennel viewpoint, I had a front-row seat to Allan's heartfelt proposal. As the couple approached, I snuck up and discreetly captured the moment as Allan popped the question. With the stunning cityscape as their witness and a few onlooking tourists, Kayla said 'yes,' marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives!

Exploring Edinburgh's Charm

Following the proposal high, we embarked on a wee stroll through Edinburgh's streets. From the School of Divinity to the iconic Calton Hill - the light! It was perfection! - and finally ending at the Scottish Parliament Building, we captured all the joyful candid moments against the city's timeless backdrop.
